Yoga Workshops
Cosmic Yin

Enjoy the benefits of Yin Yoga during a 60 min session, paired with essential oil aromatherapy, crystals, guided meditation and a group tarot reading. This class is held once a month at Fly Fitness Studio, 1185 Sage Rd. Ste. C in Cedar City, UT. Members of the studio are free to attend, non-members are $10 and pay through Venmo to me before class. What is Human Design???
This free community class is available monthly for those in the Southern Utah area interested in learning what the Human Design system is. Each monthly, we will focus on a particular topic for 30 min, leaving 30 mins to ask your questions, learn a little something about yourself or those closest to you and feel supported in your curiosity of exploring this system where magic meets the mundane.
